DESCRIPTION

Day 1: Arrival in Tangier.

Day Trip from tanger . Reception and welcome at the Tanger Med port, or Tanger Ville. Travel to the blue City, a small town located in the middle of the Rif Mountains. Upon arrival, we will walk through its blue and white streets, visit its famous Otah Amam Square and the surrounding souks, and have lunch in its famous Altahmam Square. In the afternoon, we continue our journey to the city of Fez, accommodation in the riad with breakfast included.

Day 2: Cultural visit OF Fez.

After breakfast, the day will be dedicated to discovering Fez, the oldest of the imperial and ancient cities. Guided tour of the main attractions of Fez:Andalusian Mosque, tanneries, ceramics district, Medina, Hispano-Arab buildings, Medersas and Nejjarine. Possibility to buy products in leather, metal, silk, ceramics, souvenirs, … End of the visit scheduled for 3:00 p.m.Accommodation in the riad with breakfast included.

Day 3: Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert.

After breakfast, we will travel south of Morocco towards Midelt,passing through the incredible landscapes of the Middle Atlas and Ifrane, known as thesmall Moroccan Switzerland, and the cedar forest, where monkeys play.The journey continues to Erfoud, along the Ziz Valley, where you will see a series of fortified towns, which herald the pre-Saharan oasis.Arrival at the dunes of Merzouga (Erg Chebbi), in the great Sahara desert.In the late afternoon, we will meet the camels, who will take us on a path through the dunes to watch the sunset and enjoy the scenery. – Accommodation: camping in Berber tents prepared for tourism, with dinner served by candlelight. Typical breakfast and dinner included.

Day 4: Desert – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley. 

  • One of the most anticipated moments of the trip: it is time to see the sun rise among the dunes of the Sahara Desert. – After sunrise, we will begin our journey back on camels to the beginning of the dunes. – The journey continues to Rissani, a traditional village in southern Morocco, where desert nomads go to do their shopping. – The journey continues through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad. Free time to explore the Todra Gorges. – We will continue to Boumalne Dades, where we will stay: standard hotel with typical breakfast and dinner included.
     
DAY 5:DADES – OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU – MARRAKECH

After breakfast, we will return through the Dades region, where the winding road crosses the mountains forming a unique landscape: the Dades Gorges.We will continue to the palm grove of Skoura, surrounded by numerous kasbahs.The journey continues to Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa, where you can visit Taourirt. – We will continue to the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a World Heritage Site, where several famous films such as “Gladiator” and the “Game of Thrones” series were filmed. – The journey continues towards Marrakech, through the High Atlas Mountains. – Arrival in Marrakech in the evening. – Standard accommodation in Marrakech with breakfast included.

Day 6: Cultural tour of Marrakech.

After breakfast, we will visit the main attractions of Marrakech, with a local guide from the Colorful City with a special flair. Land of sultans and concubines, its wealth is reflected in the palaces and gardens that fill the city with color and glory. People from all over the world fill the streets and riads, bringing their famous Jamaa El Fna Square. We will see the Koutoubia, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, the souks (markets), the Medina and Jemaa El Fna Square.You can enjoy the tour and walk through the streets of the Medina and the souks, the visit will be on foot with a local guide. The visit ends at 2:00 pm.Free afternoon to shop and enjoy the restaurants in Jemaa El Fna Square.Accommodation in Marrakech with breakfast included.

Day 7: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat – Asilah.

After breakfast, we continue our journey to Casablanca where we will visit the Hassan II Mosque, the second largest in the Islamic world. The journey continues to Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco, where we will visit the Hassane and Mohamed V mosques. We will have lunch in the Rabat medina. We will continue our journey to Asilah. The afternoon is free to walk through the streets of the medina or go to the beach to watch the sunset. The Asilah medina is very small and can be visited in less than an hour. Accommodation in a Riad with breakfast included.

Day 8: Asilah – Tangier

After breakfast, transfer to Tangier according to your departure time and end of our services.
